NEWS UPDATE: November 7th, 2009

Sesame Street's rampant destruction of the Google logo continues today, as Oscar the Grouch remodels with some crummy decorations of his own. The desecration of Google's logo will continue until Tuesday, November 10th (the day of the 40th Anniversary) where sources tell me there will be a huge, grand finale!

Speaking of Oscar, The Muppet Newsflash is reporting that he will be appearing on The Bonnie Hunt Show this Monday, November 9th. Times and channels for Bonnie vary, so check your local listings for details on this exciting appearance just before the 40th Anniversary!

Also on Monday, remember that Elmo and Rosita will be appearing on Late Night with Jimmy Fallon on NBC Monday night at 12:35AM (ET/PT) and Cookie Monster, Grover, Zoe, and Prairie Dawn will be appearing on Are You Smarter Than a Fifth Grader? Monday through Thursday next week. Be sure to check out all of these extremely exciting TV appearances!

Our British Correspondent has also informed us that BBC News did a story on Sesame Street, complete with Muppet interviews! Be sure to check it out, it's jolly good!
