So! I'm officially extending an invitation to any of you readers out there who might want to write about a Muppet for Weekly Muppet Wednesdays. You can write about any Muppet who already hasn't been spotlighted previously. All I ask is that you follow this simple format...
NAME OF [MUPPET]
Performed by...

Name of Replacement Muppeteer (years they performed character)
First appearance...
Character's first appearance (year)
Most recent appearance...
Character's most recent appearance (year)
Memorable quote...
"Memorable quote from Muppet"
(Also feel free to include at least three more things in this section such as Best Friend, Catchphrase, etc.)
WHO IS [MUPPET]?
Discuss your Muppet's origins and what moments they're best known for.
Only do this section if the performer of your Muppet seems to have a deep connection with the character (e.g., Jerry Nelson and The Count).
[MUPPET] SONGS (or) [MUPPET] MOMENTS
In this section, highlight some of your Muppet's greatest songs or moments and be sure to mention where they performed them. This section can include anything that the character has consistently done. Such as Lew Zealand's acts or Fozzie's jokes or even quotes from the character.
WHY DO THE MUPPETS NEED [MUPPET]?
Simply describe to us why you think this Muppet is a vital part of the Muppet, Sesame Street, or Fraggle Rock world. If you don't feel comfortable doing this or simply can't come up with anything, I would be willing to fill out this section.
And really, that's all there is to it! I will provide the article with pictures and links or anything of that matter. All you have to do is right it.
If you're interested in writing your own Weekly Muppet Wednesdays article, send me an email at muppetmindset@gmail.com with the Muppet you wish to do and I'll give you the go-ahead to do it! I just need to know that you're planning to write the article so that I don't go and do it myself.
Thanks a bunch, everybody!
